Mackay Regional Council provides that undertaking any training:

does not guarantee the contractor any quantity of work;
that the parties' relationship is one of principal and independent contractor, not employer and employee, principal and agent or partnership;
The Contractor does not have the right or authority to act on behalf of or bind Council unless the Contractor has been expressly authorised by Council in writing.
